Information You Submit
A name, telephone number, or address entered into a search form is sent to the outside provider that delivers results. Easton Residents Directory does not retain a copy of those searches on its own servers. If you contact us, we receive the information in your message and use it to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
Our host maintains normal server-log information, such as an IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. We use aggregated information to maintain the service and understand page use. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and, where relevant, advertising measurement.
How We Use Information
Information is used to operate Easton Residents Directory, diagnose technical issues, measure overall traffic, and improve the reference material. We do not sell lists of visitors or create individual visitor profiles.
External Websites
Links lead to Northampton County and Pennsylvania portals, library collections, archives, and outside search services. The privacy policy of the destination controls information submitted there. That includes sponsored results supplied by a third party.
Service Providers and Disclosure
Hosting and support providers process the server data needed to operate the site. Analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic information described above. We disclose data only when valid legal process requires disclosure.
Security and Retention
The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the operational purposes described here. Since Easton Residents Directory has no visitor accounts, it does not hold a visitor password or account profile.
Visitors Under 18
This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a person under 18. If you believe a minor supplied information to us, contact us and we will remove it.
Your Information Choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information a service holds. The research for this Easton build did not establish a general Pennsylvania consumer-privacy statute that supplies a statewide deletion or universal-opt-out right.
